Vandalur Photo Shoot.
Recently I purchased the camera, Sony DSC-H50. I wanted to explore the camera and decide to visit Zoo, where I can shoot on different subjects. By afternoon reached the VANDALUR ZOO officially known as Arignar Anna Zoological Park. Entry fee 20/-head and Camera 25/- still.
This park is Environment friendly. Green Belt Area. No plastic foods allowed. Please keep eatables in paper covers and put in the dust bin only , kept across the park.
Located in Vandalur, a southern suburb 30 kilometers from the city of Chennai and 15 kilometers from Chennai Airport on GST Road. Founded in 1855, the Park was the first public zoo in India. It is recognized by the Central Zoo Authority of India.
Zoo is well connected by Local Train and buses. All buses from city plying towards Tambaram, Gudauvanchery, Chengalpet stops here. Just before the Guduvanchery. Local Train Beach to Chengalpet stops in Vandalur. After tambram 2 stops.
